From Interstate Highway 494, just take 494 East, 35 E South, and get off on Pilot Knob Rd.
Take a left on Pilot Knob, left on Yankee Doodle. Turn right at Central Parkway and drive past a couple businesses. The Eagan Community Center will be on your left (watch for the signs). The bandshell in on the lawn behind the Community Center.
Eagan Rotary Club is hosting a day-long Sesquicentennial celebration in the city of Eagan that will feature a picnic, old-time baseball game, family fun and the evening concert.
Food for the picnic is being donated by Green Mill.
For admission to join in the picnic, bring a bag of non-perishable groceries to donate to the local food shelf. For their Sesquicentennial Celebration, the City of Eagan is collecting 150 tons of non-perishable grocery items to donate to the local food shelf.
Wondering what to donate? Food stamps cannot be used on non-food items, so laundry soap, toothpaste, bath soap, lotion and baby items would be some suggestions.
